Carved from regional oak sourced in Lower Austria near St. Pölten.
Parts of the surface were carbonized using the Shou Sugi Ban technique and refined with pewter inlays and pyrography. The final shellac finish creates a warm, tactile depth.

The sculpture explores the idea of inner growth — the visible form emerging from within.
